In Business Administration, human resources (HRH.) are called the whole of employees or collaborators of an organization, economic sector or a complete economy. It is frequently used to refer to the system or management process that deals with selecting, hiring, forming, using and retaining personnel that the organization needs to achieve its objectives.

Therefore, the human resources administration also refers to the policies and practices that are essential to handle personal relationships, as well as their needs, the selection of candidates, the application of induction programs, salary administration, incentives, benefits and communication within the company.
